Entrance
The distinctive front entrance of the Leon Levy Preserve is an attraction all its own.
The gate was crafted by the very talented Tyrone Ferguson a local, second generation blacksmith known for his artistic flare. The gates depict the leaves the Five Finger
(Tabebiua bahamensis)
. This leaf has become the symbol for the Preserve as it is locally used in Bush medicine, or traditional medicine.
